About Me

With a passion for helping others achieve their health, wellness, and injury rehab goals, I completed my 2,200-hr Massage Therapy Diploma at Mount Royal University.

In September 2016, I started practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist, and made the decision to start my own massage therapy business in March 2017.

By continuing to expand my knowledge, I am able to stay committed to providing the best care possible for all of my clients!

Interests

Since 2016, I have volunteered as a game coordinator at the Western Canada Sledge Hockey Tournament. The tournament is held annually at the end of March.

In addition to volunteering, I like to spend my summers in the garden, camping or watching baseball. I also enjoy listening to music, and dabble at playing the guitar and mandolin.

Other Work

Outside of my practice, I am a Research Coordinator for the Sport Injury Prevention Research Centre at the University of Calgary. I also practice massage therapy at Evidence Sport and Spine North on Tuesday evenings, Thursday afternoons, Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

All massage therapy treatments provided by Lisa Loos Massage Therapy are covered by extended health insurance plans.
